How Do I Take Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy?
As a dietary supplement mix two (2) Scoops of Essential Amino Energy in 10-12 Ounces of cold Water. Consume one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals. For pre-workout energy take one to three (1-3) Scoops 20-30 minutes before training. For post workout recovery Take one to two (1-2) Scoops immediately after training. Dial-Up Your Energy and Aminos.
